Chef Meet Savaliya started cooking Surti-style egg dishes at home — simple recipes inspired by his roots, rich in spice, flavor, and heart. What began as late-night experiments for friends quickly turned into something bigger. People weren’t just enjoying the food, they were connecting with it — the warmth, the comfort, and the feeling of home that every bite carried.

From those home experiments came his first venture, Surti Egg — a small start that carried big dreams. It was more than just food; it was the beginning of a journey built on passion, community, and the love of flavors.
